    Everything else. Management and super were useless, building was filthy, water, heat and elevator regularly out of service
    Advice to owner:
    Do better, respond to urgent repair requests

    Great location, no pests, elevator, quiet and respectful neighbors.

    Small, older, slow elevator, not great natural light.
