    Pros:
    Decent service, recent renovation
    Cons:
    Bag garbage collection. Loud young neighbors
    Advice to owner:
    Improve garbage collection/front entrance look outside. Add some plants instead of garbage cans and strictly fine tenants for not following garbage rules!
