This building was the peak of my life

Pros:
- great staff and super + doormen
- best location in all of nyc
- great apartment layout
- amazing view
- best place I've ever lived
Cons:
- Sometimes I saw centipedes and there was no w/d in the unit, but the building had it at least

It's so expensive
