truly cannot complain

Pros

The issues we have had have been addressed within a reasonable timeframe, we never have issues with trash and if we do its because of other residents not management, and in two and a half years we have not seen a rat or mouse - a few roaches here and there but there is a sign-up sheet for pest control.

Cons

It feels like they wait until the absolute last moment plus five days to turn on the heat. Additionally, when we first moved in we suspected a gas leak which they underestimated the severity of. We called ConEd to escalate, who handled.
