Small and cute, hard to reach old-school management.

Pros

Cute apartment, like its own little hidden world. Good views if you're on the top floor. Dan, the super, is awesome

Cons

Impossible to reach management. The owners are hidden in an LLC. Management is chosen based on legacy, not on quality. The apartments are very small, even for the area.

Nice Apt, Loud Neighbors

Pros

I loved the building and apartment itself. Super was responsive and took care of public areas in the building. Great location and building itself was quiet!

Cons

The building behind 21 Leroy is the loudest party building/ house i’ve ever lived near. Parties nearly every night that would last until 4/5am! Loud music/ yelling etc etc.

Advice to the owners

I really did enjoy the building itself, just the back door neighbors are ultimately why i moved out
