Not great, not terrible

Pros:
They recently (summer 2023) redid the entryway and hallways. They're typically responsive to maintenance requests.
Cons:
In the fall of 2023, there were people who did not live in the building sleeping in the hallway of the second and fourth floor. Management did not take this seriously until multiple emails back and forth. Ultimately, they replaced the front door lock that did not work, but it took multiple days.
