Great location, nice interior

Location is great
Offers pest control on 3rd Saturday of every month
You use a fob to get in the street access door instead of a key

Cons:
If you live on the ground level floor facing the street you will hear a very loud buzz every time someone enters the building.
Noise from the street can be a lot at times but probably relatively good noise level since it is not on a Main Street. It hasn’t bothered me but for some it could be a lot.
There have been leaks that have taken a while to get dealt with and will announce that they will enter your unit with only 24hrs advance notice.

Advice to owner:
Lower the noise level when using the fob to enter the building since it disturbs ground floor residents anytime someone enters.

Location, super was responsive, layout of apartment, owners were responsive to needed updates of apartment
Cons:
Tanya in management is terrible to deal with. She was very dismissive.
