Wonderful Ownership, Old Apartment

Pros:
The landlord is very sweet, easy to contact, and swift to act if you need anything. The building and its unit are so charming and unique. Feels like you're totally out of the city when you come home.
Cons:
I was in the garden unit, which had some flooding issues when it would storm or in the winter when snow would melt.

Great location for short term Airbnb

Pros:
We stayed in this building for a month long Airbnb. It is a unique looking building on a quiet street in the bustling West Village area. The location was amazing.
A surprising amount of storage space and modern amenities packed into such small apartment.
Great water pressure, didn't see any pests. Safe and secure feeling entrance. Neighbors were quiet and respectful.
Cons:
Very little light in our apartment, as it was blocked by the other buildings.
