Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews highlight 35 Grove Street's prime location and quiet, nice neighbors. The building is relatively well-kept, with a responsive live-in superintendent. However, there are recurring issues with broken laundry facilities and occasional pest problems. Some tenants have reported various apartment maintenance issues like non-functioning appliances and mold. While the building management's responsiveness varies, there is consensus regarding the need for upgrades to common areas and apartment amenities. Despite some drawbacks, residents generally approve of the owner and recommend staying in the building for its overall functionality but suggest improvements in maintenance and aesthetics.
