I'll Never Walk Cornelia Street Again
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is older but has so much charm and unique units (albeit small but hey, it's NYC). Cornelia St. is super duper quiet and quaint.
Cons:
My only con was the owner of this building did not allow for a lease renewal because they wanted to raise the rent for my unit over the legal limit for the same tenant. The Good Cause Eviction law was signed/is effective as of today and I'm writing this review to let the owner know I will forever remember what you did and am happy they are never going to be able to do that again to another tenant.

Cornelia St
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is like no other. Was one of the greatest reasons that made moving from here so hard. The natural light in my apartment was incredible. I absolutely loved living here.
Cons:
Super only available Mon/Wed/Fri after 5pm. Management company is fickle about responses to emails.
Advice to owner:
Loved this building. Wish super was around more often.
