Tiny little 6 unit apartment - neighbors mileage may vary

Pros:
- location: actually just steps away from the subway stop, basketball court, food, IFC theater - probably not legally supported rooftop access - rent stabilized - frequent pest control - responsive and flexible management! I was able to leave my contract early after complaining about the neighbors
Cons:
- Really loud intercom buzzer that you cant really use to communicate due to awful sound quality - Had terrible neighbors who would tell their friends to buzz other people to be let in at 2,3,4 AM and talk loudly on the roof/deck areas and leave beer cans/bottles despite having left them multiple notes and confronting them in person - Heat goes crazy so you have to open the windows - the windows dont lock well - I stayed in the courtyard side facing apartment, and it was quiet but I know it was loud for the other units - no in building laundry room - no remote doorman - frequently find folks loitering at the door
