Really solid, bedrooms can get noisy

Pros

Mr Jones (part time doorman, maintenance, garbage collection) is so wonderful. Management is responsive and accessible. Agent is super responsive. Access to transit is absolutely top notch. Apartment is recently remodeled and really spacious for WV. Great light for WV too

Cons

No dishwasher or laundry. Bedrooms face 6th ave so can get noisy but you get used to it pretty quick. Immediate 20 feet around the front door is pretty undesirable. The homeless people are totally harmless but the front door often smells like smoke or pee
