The management here seems like a drug addict. The super is dirty smoker

Pros:
Has an elevator that’s the only good thing of this building but it’s always broken
Cons:
Managment Diane is the most rudest person to ever deal with ; but the horror story of living here is dealing with the super, who says he owns the building smoke cigarettes throughout the whole entire building, including his apartment! The super has a second business where he owns a construction company. He brings all of the construction garbage into our buildings basement until the next day where he pays sanitation to remove it. This causes lots of rats and unwanted pests inside of the buildings. It’s pretty gross.
Advice to owner:
Change managment and super they are scammers working together
