Great location, that’s about it

Pros:
Good spot in the west village. Decent price and could be worse.
Cons:
ROACHES. Yes, there were roaches coming up the drains and from the hallway. Packages often got stolen and the units are tiny
Advice to owner:
Aggressive pest control. Update appliances.

I mean it’s an old nyc apt; street noise is real. Packages occasionally stolen but management tightened the reigns.
