Great natural lighting, management has always been responsive when there is an issue, exterminator comes once a month for preventive spraying of apartments, the common hallway is cleaned every couple of weeks, and the garbage room is well management.
Cons:
Definitely a good amount noise from outside due to being so close to bleecker st/w 4th but nothing unbearable. I have had a couple of incidents of a cockroach in the apartment but I feel like that is standard in nyc. Packages get stolen occasionally from the hallway as there is no main room or better area that is out of sight, however, there is now a security camera.
