Clean, well maintained, and great location
Cons:
This apartment can be noisy since there are so many bars and it is a busy area. There were mice in the basement trash room for many months. By far the largest issue is they withheld our security deposit unlawfully. Watch your back!
Advice to owner:
Give people back their security deposit!!! Especially when the court tells you to!
