Pros
Would have nice renovations if they were actually completed. Most are rushed and went unfinished.
Cons
Apartment was not move-in ready. Power didn’t work because of owner negligence with wiring, which led to no heat or hot water. Trash piled up outside of my window. Reports of roaches in walls. No mailbox so my packages got stolen (they literally through everyone’s mail and packages on the steps). Owners and property management company is insane with so many different people that you have to go through that don’t even know each other.
