Washer dryer in unit and near subway which is great pre covid

Cons

Roaches in the living room, scolding hot water, terrible neighbors who are extremely loud and are up all hours of the night. They are aggressive and have threatened us numerous time where we had to get the cops involved. The land lord is not responsive at all and constantly making excuses for things breaking in the apartment. It is a cheap remodel and I would never recommend living here, it causes more issues than you need.

Would make big changes to the building and speak to the upstairs neighbors.
