Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews for 30 Christopher Street highlight the responsive and helpful staff, especially the superintendent. The building is well-maintained with minimal pest issues. However, concerns revolve around mice infestation, slow owner responsiveness, and heating issues due to the building's age. Some residents also express dissatisfaction with management's handling of building-wide problems like pests and noise levels discrepancy. While the location is praised, the building's reputation is marred by unresolved issues, leading to a split opinion on recommending this property for future tenants.

Great Building & Awesome Staff
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is extremely responsive and quick to fix any & all issues. Door staff are very helpful as well. Very few pest issues and building is well-maintained
Cons:
Heating could be a bit better, but it's an old building

Great location and big unit. Mice.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, friendly building staff, building is well-maintained, aesthetically.
Cons:
Mice. Super did genuinely try to help, but the building is clearly infested and an apartment-by-apartment solution isn’t going to fix it. Management did lie and say that other units weren’t dealing with mice when clearly they were. Also laundry was expensive ($5.75 total per load).
Advice to owner:
Handle the building-wide mouse issue.
