Great location bad landlord

Pros:
-location
-appliances
-water pressure
-rooftop area
Cons:
-small hallways
-narrow bldg entrance often get blocked by packages
-small bike room is often hard to get bikes in and out
-utilities cost $300/mo which is absurd. I think someone tinkered with the meter downstairs so we ended up paying a neighbor’s bills
-lack of bldg maintenance
-our landlord wasn’t helpful in getting issues remedied

Be more helpful to your tenants when they ask for it
