Cockroach and Rodent Infested

Pros

The building is historic and charming, all things that drew me to the property.

Cons

After being in the building for 2 years, NO PROGRESS has been made in remediating the cockroach and rodent problems I've had in my unit. They respond by sending an exterminator who sprays but neglects to do the actual work needed - repairing holes in the walls. They do the bare minimum and have no interest in getting to the root of the problem.

Advice to the owners

Take tenant requests seriously and make the investments needed to fix the pervasive cockroach and rodent problems in the building.
