    Terrible and irresponsible landlord

    Location is great
    Cons:
    The landlord is impossible to contact, multiple instances of no response in regards to maintenance concerns including lack of hot water, leaking ceilings, etc.

    terrible management dont rent with sabet

    heat and hot water turn off all the time
    packages stolen weekly
    front door always broken

    would have given management/ownership 0 stars if i could
    Advice to owner:
    stop overcharging your tenants and respond to them
