Good Location, Terrible Management

Pros:
The location is great
Cons:
The management is absolutely terrible. They are not responsive at all and were not responsive even when my roof was leaking onto my electronics and furniture. There is now extremely loud work happening on the windows, they gave no warning this would be happening, and they refuse to answers my calls and tell me how long it will last so I can make different WFH arrangements (it has now lasted a month).

Bank street is a wonderful location
Cons:
Extremely poor management, not responsive and relatively rude, building is filled with mice, not helpful during Covid negotiations
