    nice west village spot, management is ok
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    the location is amazing, truly hard to beat
    exterminators spray for roaches regularly
    Cons:
    management is pretty rude, they rescinded a renewal offer and forced us to leave, this was super disappointing after our tenure as tennants wtih no explanation
    have had some water pipe issues
