    Horrible management responsiveness

    Pros:
    Building is old but you can't get much better prices in this location
    Cons:
    Management is horrible and unresponsive. They do not respond AT ALL to any issues with the building, of which there are many (PEST ISSUES). The owner does not care whatsoever about his tenants. Common in NYC but sad to see.
    Advice to owner:
    Giro, please respond to issues with the building.
