    the location was amazing, in the heart of the west village
    Cons:
    the apartment had endless problems. bugs, mice, outrageous noise from outside.

    - quiet building in amazing location in west village
    - old west village apartments come with problems, the owners at least were responsive when things would come up
    Cons:
    - have dealt with mice, leaky ceilings, hot water going out several times
