350 Bleecker has a fantastic location - you couldn't be located in a better area of the city. There also aren't any restaurants on the block, so there aren't pest problems. The building staff is phenomenal - our doormen are so kind and have never ever lost a single one of my packages. Neighbors are wonderful too!
Cons:
The size of our unit is small, and most don't have washer/dryer in unit. The basement laundry is well maintained, though. There are unnecessarily strict rules for family staying in your apartment.
