Modern apt, Responsive management

Pros:
Building is on a lovely, quiet street in the West Village. Alex, the super, is very respondent and fixes issues quickly
Cons:
Heating is very old using the steamers. Needed extra space heaters to survive the winter. Lobby can get messy but that was due to a fire this summer. It has since calmed down
Advice to owner:
Keep being responsive to your tenants. Try to make sure the lobby is always clean

Responsive and friendly managament, no broker fee, washer dryer in unit, nice finishes, amazing location
Cons:
No real oven, expensive for size of apartments, two bed is more like one bed
