Great location but not the best living conditions

Pros:
-small building with friendly people
- great neighborhood and safe
- terraces in every apartment
- has elevator
Cons:
-roaches everywhere both in apartments and in laundry room
-super is very lazy and non responsive
- terraces are not the most sturdy

If you want “cheap “ rent

Pros:
Neighbors are lovely. Most units have some sort of out door space
Cons:
Owner is non responsive to anything that needs to get fixed. Mice problems are frequent. Hallways are never painted
Advice to owner:
Take pride in your building and the tenants will do the same
