great building great management

Pros:
building was well maintained and renovated. there was also great security with double doors, key, and buzz in systems
Cons:
would like to be able to buzz in from phone- you have to be at the console in the apartment to let people in. Also, the walls and floors are incredibly thin

Apartments aren’t well insulated and can hear noise from hallway. Air conditioning does turn on until June.
