    Awful Management Company

    Pros:
    Location! Made this place feel homey but location is the main draw.
    Cons:
    The management is awful. We have to pay for electrical heat which is astronomically high in the the winter. My apartment is not correctly insulated. This winter had a couple of days with no hot water and gaslighting about it from the manager. There was a huge apartment leak and no one from the building management came.
