The apartment is VERY warm in winter, and the street is very quiet.

The scaffolding due to roof work isn’t ideal.

Construction 24/7
Former Tenant
Pros:
Private garden, location, some units are renovated nicely.
Cons:
Construction & Assessments. Garden as an amenity is not as serene as you think. The building has nonstop construction in the rear and rooftop.
Advice to owner:
Manage the work to be completed faster than 2 years.
