Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 88 Horatio Street highlight its prime location, private garden, and well-heated apartments as strong points appreciated by residents. Neighbors are generally friendly, and some units are nicely renovated. However, ongoing construction, often noisy and lengthy, significantly disrupts the living experience, especially for those working from home. Pest control and cleanliness have received mixed feedback. While owner responsiveness varies, some tenants find management fair and kind, whereas others suggest speeding up construction and improving noise management. Overall, the building suits renters valuing location and neighborliness but might challenge those sensitive to noise and ongoing renovations.

Pros:
Private garden, location, some units are renovated nicely.
Cons:
Construction & Assessments. Garden as an amenity is not as serene as you think. The building has nonstop construction in the rear and rooftop.
Advice to owner:
Manage the work to be completed faster than 2 years.
