Views of the Hudson river and the workers are all very nice
Cons
SO MANY - constant jackhammering from the construction site outside (7am-11pm) and helicopter pad, cheap building materials resulting in water leaks, having to pay an amenity fee on amenities that don't work, suspicious doorman, etc. etc.
