The Twilight Zone
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, location, location
Cons:
Terrible management team, either too young to care or too old to matter.

Floors often dirty and the cleaning is literally dousing each floor with floor cleaner each morning. Almost makes your eyes water.

Arbitrary policies in place that do not benefit the residents at all and encourage isolation.

HIGH TRAFFIC at late hours. Rampant substance use.
Advice to owner:
Stop filling your greedy pockets and actually help these residents move on with their lives. When you have ABLE bodied adults that are doing nothing to better themselves- it’s a problem.
