Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 555 West 23 Street praise the building's excellent management, cleanliness, and extensive modern amenities, including a well-equipped gym and inviting common areas. Residents appreciate the friendly, responsive staff and generally quiet environment with pleasant neighbors. The prime location near the High Line, Hudson River Greenway, and Little Island adds to the appeal, though proximity to subway stations is noted as a drawback. Some mention the neighborhood’s evolving character and a somewhat transient community feel due to condo turnover. Despite minor concerns like package room limitations and occasional noise by busy streets, overall tenants recommend this building for its comfort and amenities in West Chelsea.
