    Pros:
    You get a good amount of space and our unit has very high ceilings, a great kitchen, and a bathroom with natural light
    Cons:
    No laundry in building, no central air, the lobby almost always smells like garbage, the building needs new windows.
    Advice to owner:
    Investing in the maintenance of the building would make it nicer.
