- Best doormen ever! - Clean laundry room - Responsive super - Rooftop - Natural light - Location
- Rooftop furniture could be updated - Apartments are on the smaller side
door men are great, best location, no bug issues
super is OK. some of the renters are having trouble with their ac and heating units and the fixes took a long time ... and some still not 100%
Fix ac and heating units; upgrade hopefully. Otherwise really awesome spot.
