    Hot Spot - Cool Issues

    Pros:
    door men are great, best location, no bug issues
    Cons:
    super is OK. some of the renters are having trouble with their ac and heating units and the fixes took a long time ... and some still not 100%
    Advice to owner:
    Fix ac and heating units; upgrade hopefully. Otherwise really awesome spot.
