    - Very nice doormen who provide great security and package delivery - Furnished rooftop - central A/C - Live-in super who is responsive - Complaints and maintenance will be completed
    Cons:
    - Gym is in smelly basement - The super is quite the character - The A/C and heat system needs to be replaced - tenants get charged over $700/month in utilities per unit - Rooftop could be better maintained - Building management is not very responsive

    Be more responsive with tenants from Hakimiam email, maintain rooftop, redo central A/C system

    Doormen are so kind! Apartments are up to date and nice.

    location, natural light, doormen
    Cons:
    landlord literally won't let you contact him, gym is gross and outdated, roof furniture has been broken for 3 years+

    Let us have a conversation with you or have the least bit of care for your tenants

    Great doormen, nice lobby, don’t hear neighbors
    Cons:
    Rude and unresponsive management, slow elevator, slow to fix any repairs. Had black water coming out of our sink for months with no management response. Did not even give rent relief despite not being able to use water.

    Respond to your tenants and stop charging a premium on amenities that never work

    - doorman - roofdeck - space - timely maintenance requests
    Cons:
    - working with a big management group, there's little to no room for negotiation, rent was doubled post COVID

    Love the doormen, super would always come to fix things, laundry machines work well (expensive tho ~$6 total per load)
