Solid option with some caveats

Pros:
Very large units. Maintenance guy in the building is super nice and helpful. Elevator is very nice. Cool bathroom and door fixtures.
Cons:
The flexes in the unit had weird behavior due to shared central air and overhead lighting. Location around port authority gets a bit sketchy in the summer. When things stopped working it was hard to get management to fix them.

Pros:
A lot of space, elevator to apartment, security and great landlord
Cons:
Homeless during covid. The mayor is to blame.
