    Horrible neighborhood outside

    Pros:
    Really nice apartment. Two large living rooms spaces. Have the whole floor
    Cons:
    The in unit dryer never worked and the outside of the building is near major homeless encampments

    Solid option with some caveats

    Pros:
    Very large units. Maintenance guy in the building is super nice and helpful. Elevator is very nice. Cool bathroom and door fixtures.
    Cons:
    The flexes in the unit had weird behavior due to shared central air and overhead lighting.

    Location around port authority gets a bit sketchy in the summer.

    When things stopped working it was hard to get management to fix them.
