Great location. Proximity to trains/buses.
Terrible noise from the street at all hours, door buzzer permanently broken, landlord slow to respond to the need of any repairs. Moving trucks parked out front will usually get ticketed because it’s a busy bus stop. Bedbug problem that recurred for the better part of a year.
