    326 west 17th
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Management works with the Tenant to get work done quickly.
    Garbage pileup is never a problem.
    Great area.
    Cons:
    There is always work being done in the building. Dusty and noisy sometimes. But pro’s outweigh the cons significantly on
