The landlords at Kingman Management treated us horribly to the point that we could have taken legal action but didn’t bother. They refused to re-sign our lease without cause after three years living there with zero complains and then threw out some of our personal belongings before our lease was up, which we were planning to come back for ahead of the lease end date. Bathroom was also infected with mold and the landlords refuse to help with any maintenance requests in a timely manner, or any requests they do not deem “important”. Many instances of packages getting stolen with landlord doing nothing about it/ They refuse to communicate via email so there is no record of their wrongdoings
