    Good 1st Apartment
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Location, close to transportation, minimal issues, quiet and decent neighbors. Guys at the bodega downstairs are really nice, and so are the laundry people.
    Cons:
    Dirty stairs, trash being torn into a lot.
