Landlord Tim is not a nice person; Homophobic middle eastern owners.

Pros:
Solid size, decent light, location
Cons:
Bedrooms are on 9th Ave and very noisy.
Water in the building has poor pressure and or is cold. Super inconsistent.
Hallways are scummy and Tim says the building doesn’t clean.
Door buzzer doesn’t work and they won’t fix it.
No electric in the bathroom.
Bring your own lighting cause it can be dark with their current lighting.
Building heat is sporadic.
Stay away if you can.
Tim the Landlord/Super is not a nice person. The owner of the building are middle eastern and Tim said that the owners did not like the fact that LGBT people were in the apartment.
You will be disappointed with constant issues and poor management.
