Stay away from this apartment

Pros:
Close to my university
Cons:
- You hear 200-300 car horns every single day
- No laundry in the apartment. You have to walk for 10 minutes to do laundry.
- No elevator.
- Lots and lots of cockroaches. I see 5-10 of them every week in the middle of January. So, you do the math.
- Filthy neighbors. They don't keep the bathroom or restroom clean at all.

Absolutely, I mean absolutely stay away from here.
