    Affordable price, spacious, but the neighborhood is...

    Pros:
    It is affordable, has quick responses from management and super, and looks dirty, but I didn't see any mouse. Transportation: You can go everywhere in NYC very easily. It is spacious for one person.

    Noise, junky, random people you don't want to meet on the street.

    Pros:
    - close to transit
    - can't hear thru the walls
    - price was really reasonable
    - freshly painted and clean upon move in
    Cons:
    - a lot of homeless/drug activity on street (they rip the trash and the super has to clean up every AM unfortunately)
    - building isn't super clean inside / some tenants aren't super clean
    - roaches
    Advice to owner:
    Building hasn't gotten a lot of love in a while -- maybe make some upgrades even if it means increasing rent
