Great and well managed

Pros:
Cleanest and best maintained building I’ve lived in nyc, really appreciate this building is well managed and they typically help out fast when we need things.
Cons:
Sometimes an issue can take a little back and forth to get stuff taken care of but they’re sooo much better than my old buildings
Advice to owner:
Rent is a little higher than it should be…
