Lived here for a year, well maintained building

Pros:
Very responsive management. Performed consistent, preventative pest control. They let us stay in our apartment month to month during covid after our lease ended.
Cons:
We lived on the 5th floor, long walk up. At one point there was a weird smell that was coming from the wall in our bedroom that we couldn't pinpoint even after having the super come inspect it.
