    Very safe and convenient

    Pros:
    I love the location of the building and it's a building that feels safe and secure. The super is very responsive and the neighbors are all very kind.
    Cons:
    Not much in terms of amenities or storage.
    Advice to owner:
    More reasonable rent increases that align with improvements to the building
