Well now I’m spoiled, what a gem!
Former Tenant
Pros:
11’ ceilings and in building laundry are prime! Neighbors are cool. Convenient package storage. Convenient online pay system. A lot of people have been living there forever, so there is a sense of community, but they don’t mind younger people.
Cons:
There were issues with the hot water heater on and off for a couple months, but that was more so the process of fixing and not to the owners not responding to a mechanical issue. It was resolved, and they were pretty communicative during the process.
