There could not be a better location to live at. The street is quiet with several subway lines very close.

Management was unresponsive and super was not handy.

Location only is the only pro.

Cons

Dani the super is absolutely useless. He is disrespectful and unresponsive when you need him. I also felt uncomfortable in his presence, he cat-calls women on the street. They don't clean the building, and the inside vault has a lot of trash in it. People steal packages all the time, management does not care.

Not worth my time. They are a lost cause.
